Shipping Information

Our shipping  rates are as follows: 

Australia Post calculated rates + $1.50 Packaging/Handling Charge per order (not item)

Orders may  also be shipped by courier where it is more economically viable, we may refund any excess shipping costs to your paypal account. For larger orders you may wish to contact us  for a shipping quote.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: [email protected]

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Hoist and Crane Australia. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your payment.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 10 days of the invoice issue date (unless we have been notified that the item was not received within the 10 day delivery period).

Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

If you have ordered the incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product, but all additional shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

      • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

      . Your RMA number

      • Your name and address

      • The reason you are returning the item

      • Whether you would like a refund or exchange.
